PASS General Clerk

Position Description:
The PASS General Clerk will assist the Fraud Prevention Managers in clerical and
administrative
work related to PASS. He/she will ensure that cases are being delivered to the PASS unit and sent out of the PASS unit properly and tracked in the visa processing system. The clerk will process cases (administrative returns such as death, divorce, withdrawal requests) that are being returned to USCIS for revocation ensuring the visa processing system is updated properly. Also, process reaffirmed petitions and revocation notices sent to NVC from USCIS. He/she may be required to perform other duties as assigned to advance the PASS mission of supporting pre-adjudication as it relates to visa cases.
Requirements:
Must have a high school degree.
Must have two (2) years of experience in a field that provides the individual with the understanding
f how to successfully organize and track information.
Strong command of the English language both verbally and written.
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to prioritize simultaneous workflow duties.
Must possess strong
computer
skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic understanding of geography.
Ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US
citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) to start employment. Must be able to
maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) to continue employment.
Must be able to successfully complete/pass a CGI background check.
