Key Focus
Accountable for ensuring client and broker/dealer satisfaction with company products and services through the timely and accurate processing of annuity transactions as well as researching and resolving issues related to client accounts which may be complex in nature. Often requires receiving incoming telephone calls and making outgoing telephone calls
Responsibilities:
Research and process disbursements transactions.
Review, research and complete all written requests. Items are resolved by writing or by telephoning the client or agent.
Able to handle all unique or client specific processing/service requirements.
Assist team members as necessary to meet standards of service.
Research and resolve all outstanding processing variances.
Process complex and time sensitive transactions as required by manager.
Recommended
Experience:
Post-secondary education or high school diploma and equivalent business experience
18 to 24 months of Annuity Administration or financial services experience
Knowledge and Skills
Strong product knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks
Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic work environment
Understands interrelationships between all processing systems
