Enterprise Technology Services is a shared technology service within Liberty Mutual Information Technology. ETS develops roadmaps and drives future technology direction while building and introducing new technology capabilities. ETS projects generally encompass providing enterprise class solutions and often have participation from Central IT teams and cross Market IT implications. In this position, you will be responsible for developing external-facing websites.

Summary:
Under limited supervision, participates as technical expert in analysis, design, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software to achieve desired results and documents appropriate aspects of those deliverables. Develops and enhances complex systems and/or software from general requirements and specifications. Analyzes complex technical system problems. Leads projects or subprojects and coordinates rollouts of moderate scope. May provide coaching and guidance to other team members.

1. Performs complex source code development.
2. Assists in complex unit test case development.
3. Develops complex test scripts.
4. Assists in the development of production support documentation.
5. Provides functional/system integration testing support.
6. Performs Quality Assurance coding and design review.
7. Conducts complex impact analysis.
8. Develops complex component design.
9. Provides complex system / application architecture.
10. Contributes complex technical alternatives.
11. Participates in the development of Build and Deployment guide and script.
12. Participates in the development of guidelines and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
3 years experience developing distributed applications using Java or .Net.
3 years experience building large transactional operational type systems.
Experience with .NET, C# and SQL Server
Experience with XML, HTML, REST
Experience with SharePoint 2010/2013 a plus
General knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies.
General knowledge of layered systems architectures and layered solutions and designs; general understanding of shared software concepts.

Enhance vendor products and integrate with internal systems.
Service Level Agreement on product support and other deadlines met.
Defects or discrepancies in requirements identified and resolved with appropriate partners and stakeholders.
