Overview
The primary function of the Operations Analyst is to assist in the operational needs of the Pen Par group. These tasks include, but are not limited to; updating participant records, researching and reviewing participant and contract related questions and assisting Relationship Managers and other areas within Fixed Products with any projects or issues that arise. Ability to analyze data, communicates findings to management, and offer recommendations.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service
Accurately process internal and external requests
Trouble shoot and/or assist in problem resolution
Recommend and implement process improvements
Complete research requests on complex issues
Provide operational support to internal clients via email and telephone
Other duties as assigned
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business related field
Knowledge and Skills
Effective written and oral communication skills to deal with all levels of personnel both internal and external
Ability to learn complex concepts quickly
Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change
Basic organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
Knowledge of SPRNT system a plus
Ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to work with all levels of internal and external clients
Ability to identify issues and raise client concerns to management for discussion
