Job Description
We are seeking a Premium Administration Team Lead to be responsible for the overall workflow of the Premium Analysts and Specialists and for tracking key department metrics by monitoring control reports and department tasks. In addition, the Team Lead will provide monthly feedback on the quality of the team members' performance as well as prepare and deliver their mid-year and annual reviews. Furthermore, the Team Lead will handle escalated/critical issues and act as the lead contact for the service center.
Job Requirements
Requirements include:
High School Diploma or GED required.
2
years of billing and reconciliation related work experience or experience in finance, operations, or enrollment.
Must have 2
year training/mentoring/coaching experience
Familiarity with mainframe and PC processing. Must be proficient in various desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel, and Word.
Proficient knowledge in SharepointEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
