Description
Reporting directly into the Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team through daily operations
- Driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Lead a team of Production Leaders, Planners, Manufacturing Techs, Production Associates and Test Associates
- Track KPI's and hold team members accountable
- Lead positive change throughout production by utilizing Lean Manufacturing methods
Profile
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience - 5
years of experience in manufacturing - 3
years of management or leadership - Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Hands on experience on production floor
