Responsibilities Manages the revenue cycle and healthcare billing management for multiple programs and supervising staff using a variety of processes to meet overall objectives Recognizes, anticipates, and resolves billing, revenue recognition, rejection and denial and application issues; make recommendations as applicable Produces monthly statistical reports for management on billing-related tasks; maintain statistics for quarterly and annual reporting Generates weekly and monthly metric reports for submission to management Analyzes process and business issues to identify best practice solutions Conducts bill revenue and cash analysis to identify areas of opportunity for revenue enhancement Builds trust and collaboration amongst the team by enhancing employee engagement, addressing performance results, and providing coaching and mentoring Implements, monitors, and revises annual goals, objectives, and performance standards including team metrics Monitors, tracks, and evaluates staff productivity and performance and provide summary report to management Oversees department training and individual development Collaborates with IT to development system enhancements and automation opportunities Qualifications Education / Experience College degree or relevant work experience 5
years of relevant work experience in back-office functions such as claims submission, A/R follow-up, denials and rejections analysis, and financial management Able to work with a diverse range of people Required Skills Comprehensive knowledge of claims management Demonstrated leadership qualities and strong capabilities in change management Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple, complex projects with high quality results Strong collaborative skills to form working relationships with clients, other departments, and senior management Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative information and reach sound conclusions Ability to perform A/R statistical analysis, identify gaps, develop and deploy solutions necessary for achievement of key metrics (days in A/R, aged receivables, denial rate, bad debt percentages Ability to lead teams in process redesign/change management
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Banking, Loans & Insurance, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
