Our GL Accountants have 4 levels in which to grow in and have a formal career path within the same organization, followed by Controllers and CFOs which have their own leveling.

Our GL Accountants support our Clients and the team in the areas Payroll (processing and reconciling), General Ledger (reconciling key balance sheet accounts through the systems and within audit ready schedules), Month End Closing of the books and Reporting (as needed for the client and team).
Skills/
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Accounting, a minimum, Bachelor's Degree preferred Prior accounting experience or a degree in accounting.
Strong technology skills using Office 365 (Word, Excel, and Outlook at a minimum, more applications preferred) Proven experience in financial statements and month end closing procedures Ability to multi-task and to work independently with minimal supervision Experience working in a paperless environment Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; team player with a positive, can do approach Excellent analytical, computational, and mathematical abilities Commitment to protecting client privacy, even within the firm, as appropriate Willingness to teach others and document work processes Ability to apply yourself to learning and applying technical skills - transferable knowledge!
