As a Commercial Service Representative, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.

Customer Care Agents must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, in a conversational manner.
Being able to remain calm, cool, and collected in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment is a must! To ensure we can handle our customers' needs, our employees must be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
Ability to quickly assess information and make decisions Ability to effectively multi-task and quickly navigate multiple systems Excellent verbal, written and keyboarding skills Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) High school diploma or GED Customer service experience is a plus At WIN Waste Innovations, each eligible employee receives a competitive total compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability.
