Fast Track Manager - Advisor

We are looking for leadership-oriented managers hoping to advance their careers toward becoming partners in our general office.
We are currently recruiting participants for our Fast Track Management Program.
You will start as a financial professional who works hand-in-hand with clients to build your experience as you move through the program's requirements.
When you have met all of the parameters, you'll transition into management.
Responsibilities:
Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual fundsSelect, hire, and grow your financial professionals team as an associate partnerDevelop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goalso Ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of clientso Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encountero Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goalso Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial securityo Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clientso Providing compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances ariseo Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of community over time
Qualifications:
Highly motivated and goal-oriented professional looking for a challenging yet rewarding occupationMust have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experienceSpanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency is beneficialWorking knowledge of cultural markets is helpfulo Sales experience preferred - enterprising mindset, no mile too faro Strong communication skills both written and verbalo Desire to help families and businesses to Be Good At Lifeo Strong business acumeno Professional business demeanoro Perseverance in the face of a challengeo Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contactso Please Note:
