MIPS/MCS is hiring for a Mobile Device Support Specialist at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, MaineThis is a full-time, permanent position with benefitsThe Mobile Device Support Specialist must demonstrate the ability to provide customer service and basic Mobile Device troubleshooting skills to DoD personnelThe Mobile Device Support Specialist will require good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team settingIt is important that candidates keep abreast of industry trends and developments, as well as applicable Government regulationsTypical duties include:
Providing on-site IT mobile device services and management for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard user community, including over-the-phone support for offsite/remote location users around the United StatesReceiving, cataloging, tracking, troubleshooting, and documenting requests for service for cellular devices, laptops, tablets, and hotspotsRestoring services for existing devices, and preparing, configuring, and issuing new devicesCollecting and maintaining appropriate documentation to report to the government customerTroubleshooting hardware, software, and systems issuesRequired:

CompTIA certifications preferred Experience Requirements:
