You will be the main contact for all of our clients.
Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with all facets of account management between our company and our custodians.
Your role will involve time management to juggle numerous projects at once and ability to build a rapport with our clients.
Your duties will include:
- Opening and closing new client accounts - Overseeing changes and maintenance on currently active client accounts - Assisting with money movement for clients; i.
e.
, wires, internal journals, checks, etc.
- Working with clients to monitor and keep their Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) in compliance - Monitoring cash and/or stock donations to clients - Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements - Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency - Handling any escalated issues or conflicts that arise Experience To be successful in this role, you should have the following
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client services positions, preferably finance related - Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills - Extensive knowledge of client service principles and urgency - Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives - Proven ability to work well with clients at all levels - Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for client services excellence, we would love to hear from you.
