Our company strengths start with communication, professionalism, and serviceand we Stand Above the Rest! Lighthouse Painting is seeking someone to organize and schedule sales calls as well as follow up with potential clients to close sales.
We are seeking someone who comes to work with positive energy that can take on challenges and be an integral part of the company's goals to grow.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Communicating directly with our residential and commercial clients for estimate appointment scheduling, production scheduling, and to handle any calls associated with our projects.
Following up with customers and potential customers to ensure thorough communication and to realize customer needs and goals.
Interacting with our Project Managers/Production Coordinators and other field supervision to coordinate projects and schedule.
Create and maintain digital content for the company's social media platforms and assist with seasonal promotions, announcements, etc.
Any other responsibilities related to the position as the company sees fit.
Must have's:
Ability to build rapport and listen to customer needs in order to develop professional relationships.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google Apps (Drive, Docs, etc.
).
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.
Valid Driver's License.
