Role description We are seeking to hire an experienced Director of Business Systems Architecture & IT Operations with a robust technical acumen and a passion for enhancing business operations.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing and implementing technology solutions to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
In addition, this role will oversee IT infrastructure and helpdesk operations.
Experience with system migrations and maintaining data integrity through rigorous data cleanup, enrichment, and management processes (preferably focused on Salesforce) is required.
In this role, you will be instrumental in the seamless integration and optimization of systems such as Dealhub, LinkSquares, and others.
Location:
This role is primarily remote, but the ideal candidate will reside in proximity to our Portsmouth, New Hampshire headquarters, as some on-site presence is preferred.
Key Responsibilities Systems Architecture, Migration, & Implementation In close collaboration with EVP, Operations Transformation, lead Loftware's Business Operations Transformation initiative, helping to modernize our business systems architecture.
Guide the implementation, integration, and deployment of key business systems, such as Dealhub and LinkSquares within our Salesforce environment.
Spearhead the development and refinement of key initiatives such as customer and partner portals on Salesforce Experience Cloud, including feature prioritization and vendor management.
Work closely with Program and Project Managers to ensure proper governance is in place, meeting cadence, and execution timeline is met.
Work with internal engineering team and external vendors to evaluate make vs.
buy decision on key priorities.
Data Management and Integrity Head initiatives for data cleanup, enrichment, and maintenance, ensuring its consistent reliability and business readiness.
Design and execute strategies to maintain data accuracy and relevance.
Leverage a range of integration tools and methods to facilitate interoperability.
System Migration Expertise Helm system migration projects with an emphasis on data integrity, minimizing disruptions.
Develop and implement migration strategies suitable for diverse business scenarios, including company expansions and system overhauls.
IT Operations:
Lead international team responsible for maintaining all IT infrastructure and supporting the company's helpdesk needs.
Constantly evaluate and improve IT tools, processes, and software supporting the business.
Ensure utility-like uptime for IT operations while staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT and security.
Spearhead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and internal customer satisfaction of our IT service desk.
Direct all IT-related tasks during company expansion upholding security and privacy standards.
Team Leadership & Development Foster, mentor, and drive a team of technical professionals and business system analysts.
Oversee projects ensuring they adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Nurture a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a similar field (or relevant experience).
Documented success in system migrations, emphasizing strategic vision, execution, and problem-solving.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Salesforce, particularly the Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Solid grounding in contemporary technologies, architectures, and system integrations.
Demonstrable expertise in data management with a focus on data quality, enrichment, and ongoing maintenance.
Effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
A prior leadership role in a technologically challenging environment.
Capability to oversee multiple, concurrent high-impact tech projects.
