We are currently seeking a Resident Assistant! Open Shifts 7:
00 AM - 7:
30 PM Sun-Sat 7:
00 PM - 7:
30 AM Sun-Sat If you work Sat AND Sun, you'll receive a minimum bonus of $200 weekly or if you work Sat OR Sun, you'll receive a minimum bonus of $80 weekly.
Pay Rate:
$20.
00 per hour
$4 shift differentials on nights and the weekends! $1000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time.
$500 Sign on Bonus for Part Time.

Job Description:
In this role, your responsibilities will include a few of the following key points:
Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positivity when working with fellow team members and senior residents.
Take direction from the Nurse Supervisor on delegated workflow related to personal nursing care functions, resident nutrition, resident mobility and incontinence care, etc.
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel as well as other work teams to ensure that nursing services can be adequately maintained to meet resident needs.
Participate in required annual training programs.
Experience A minimum of one year of experience in a senior services setting preferred Requirements:
Requirements for this role consist of:
Customer service experience.
