Shift Manager
The Works Bakery Cafe located in downtown Portsmouth NH is seeking a full time Shift Manager.
The Shift Manager is the face of the Works Bakery Cafe in our communities and to our customers.
This key position requires passion about our products and mission, as well as the ability to inspire great customer service by motivating and training the team.
Candidates must have the ability to work directly with customers while providing world class product.
This position is a very hands on experience, requiring a 40hr work week mostly working the sandwich line and supervising fellow staff members.
The ability to multitask and have a strong sense of urgency is required.
Candidate would be in charge of daily cafe operations including opening or closing the store.
Great entry level management position for the right person.
Restaurant experience preferred.
