Liberty Mutual is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional who thrives on partnering with Business Managers to enable the attainment of their organization's business objectives by delivering Human Resources programs and

engagement, workforce planning, and talent management. This individual will responsible for actively partnering with management to ensure alignment of people strategies with business initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Provide consultative and operational support and to senior managers in the areas of organization design, talent identification and development, workforce planning, selection, retention and performance management.
Manage the rollout of corporate and SBU programs, policies and initiatives and work the HR team to ensure consistent implementation and application of programs.
Develop and implement project plans to address organizational design and staffing requirements in support of business plans.
Analyze employee/operational data to proactively identify areas of concern. Work with management to develop project plans to address issues.
Provide management with the tools and techniques to enable them to develop employees and comply with Human Resources policies and programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 6 years of Human Resources experience preferably with a consultative generalist role.
Experience initiating and leading Human Resources projects and ability to work with senior managers in business units.
Demonstrated knowledge of organizational development and change management concepts.
Ability to develop effective working relationships with senior management, including ability to influence.
Experience with project planning and leading human resources projects.
Employee Relations experience and Data Analysis capabilities a plus.
Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to develop and foster client relationships.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
