Requirements include 10
years of experience with SEC reporting and SOX compliance, knowledge of US GAAP and technical reporting. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Bachelors degree in Business or Accounting. Must have exposure to both public companies and CPA firm; big 4 or a large regional.
