Liberty Mutual Insurance Information Technology is actively searching for a PC Technician to work out of our Portsmouth, NH office. In this role you will be part of a device (laptops, desktops) replacement initiative. This centralized function will manage the refresh and replacement of internal employee computer devices. You will provide break fix harware support of enterprise laptop, desktop and printing devices. Configuration, installs, management/maintenance of swap stock. Refresh tracking of shipments, and decommissioning of aged devices.

Responsibilities:
Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment; documents and applies standard solutions.
Performs troubleshooting and diagnosis of basic desktop computing software incidents; documents and applies standard solutions.
Prepares progress reports for all work performed.
Identifies opportunities for and participates in process improvement initiatives.
Receives direct supervision.
Basic knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies.
Basic knowledge of practices and procedures of operating systems and subsystems and/or desktop or telecommunication technologies.
Associate's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
Generally 0 -1 year of Technical support experience
