Job Description
We are currently seeking 12 temporary Customer Care Consultants (CCC) to be responsible for responding to a variety of in-bound telephone calls, postal inquiries and enrollment requests for the Federal benefits programs. The CCC may be required to make outbound calls to existing customers to obtain, verify, and/or update customers'' demographic, eligibility, enrollment, and billing / payroll information. They will also be responsible for analyzing, investigating and resolving issues relating to customers'' account(s) for multiple benefit programs.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 - 2 years experience servicing customers by phone and/or other communication channels preferred
Prior experience with a web-based customer service administrative system preferred
Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel required and experience tracking system tickets preferredThese positions are expected to last 6-9 months with the possibility of hire at that time.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
