Job Description
We are seeking a IT Network Engineer to be responsible for supporting all aspects of the data and voice network. This includes planning, designing, supporting, monitoring, and documentation. The position requires the person to have an expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing technology. The role requires knowledge of Cisco Catalyst, Cisco ASA, Netscaler MPX, and Avaya. They will be part of a small team of network and system engineers that must have the ability to carry out multiple special projects. The position requires the person to have an expertise in network and telecom, but also be able to provide backup support for other technologies.

Key Requirements/
Experience:
Experience Preferred Bachelor degree or Military experience in a technology field
Experience designing, implementing, and operating a high availability network for a medium size business between 200 to 1000 users
At least 5 years of experience working in 24x7 environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously; with a great attention to detail, operates with urgency, focus and discipline
Excellent interpersonal skills; someone who is likable, and a team player
Prior knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load-balancers
Preferred network or telecom certification (Ex. CCNP, CCIE, Avaya)
Experience with Cisco Catalyst 6500 Series Switch, Cisco ASA, RSA Authentication, ISA Server 2006, Netscaler MPX, Cisco switches and routers
Experience with telecom is helpful (Avaya)
Knowledge of SSL certificates and a 24/7 web environment
Familiarity with load balancing techniques and structured cabling best practices and server/rack room organization
Ability to document and draw Visio diagrams of the network
Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 70 lbs
Prior experience working with ISP providers, P2P, T3, and Disaster Recovery facilitiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
