Summary:
The Paymode-X Inside Sales Manager is a key member of the services organization management team who will manage, motivate, and drive our vendor enrollment teams.
This position is based in our Portsmouth, NH office.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing all processes relating to Vendor Enrollment
Develops new ideas or campaign strategies for vendors to enroll and remain within the Paymode-X Network.
Responsible for managing, tracking and reporting on vendor enrollment and campaigns
Responsible for ensuring C1 (Customer 1st) is priority for Enrollment Team by delivering superior customer delight and excellence
Responsible for continuous review and improvement of the vendor enrollment and campaign processes to ensure efficiencies are maximized
Trains, coaches and mentors Enrollment Team on enrollment calls, campaign management tasks and growth of the Network.
Collaborate with other client services teams on training/mentoring as appropriate.
Develops strong relationships with other teams to build collaboration and identify potential opportunities to improve efficiencies and processes.
Superior Communication Skills required and must be able to work in fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
Required Skills:
Desire and attitude to succeed making high volume, outbound calls and originating cold calls to potential customers.
Proven success managing and growing an Insides Sales/Telemarketing organization in a technology organization
Exceptional telephone presence, and the ability to clearly articulate a complex product to multiple business tiers with multiple messaging components.
Ability to deliver solution proposals with direct economic value propositions, pain detection, problem definition, decision maker identification, and relationship building.
Operational expert with strong problem solving skills and creative thinking skills.
Able to be successful in a fast-paced environment that rewards hard work and self-motivation.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
Associates degree or higher preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
