Liberty Mutual Global Specialty IT is actively searching for a SharePoint software developer. Global Specialty IT provides support and operations for all global specialty lines including Liberty International Underwriters (LIU), Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM), Liberty Mutual Surety (LMS), and A&H (Accident and Health) across 19 countries, through one unified IT team. In this position, you work under general supervision, develops and enhances low to medium complexity applications from general specifications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains those software applications. Competent to independently work on most phases of development activities; requires instruction and guidance in phases. Analyzes low to medium complexity technical system problems.
Requirements :
Performs low to medium complexity source code development.
Assists in low to medium complexity unit test case development.
Develops low to medium complexity test scripts.
Assists in the development of production support documentation.
Provides functional/system integration testing support.
Performs Quality Assurance coding review.
Contributes low to medium complexity technical alternatives.
Conducts low to medium complexity impact analysis.
Develops low to medium complexity component design.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
Generally 3 years of professional experience. General knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies.
General knowledge of IT architectures and technical standards.
Proficient in two or more programming languages and tools; knowledgeable in new and emerging technologies.
General knowledge of a business function(s) and business operations.
General knowledge of design and development tools.
Minimum of 3 years' experience with SharePoint application development
Minimum of 3 years' development experience with SharePoint Client Object Model
