Managing a talented group of ETL, reporting, and analytics gurus, the Data Team Manager will play a pivotal role in continuing to rapidly solidify our database infrastructure and capitalize on the expansiveness of our data sets. This role will help to provide critical and insightful analytics to savvy end users, executives, and business partners, and ultimately support us in evolving to become an indisputable data powerhouse.

Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher
5
years' management experience
Experience with Enterprise ETL technologies required
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with BI/analytics technologies and platforms
Skills
Ability to manage the data team and hit deadlines while executing on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to liaise with department managers and executives in order to orient the data team around company vision.
Must be able to advise and implement best practices around data cleanliness, data normalization, and long-term data governance strategies.
Ability to oversee, understand, and advise on data warehouse activities.
Strong grasp around reporting and analytics strategies with solid attention-to-detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information to various audiences.
Ability to demonstrate innovation, passion, and a positive attitude in alignment with company core values.
