HRIS Systems Analyst Core Duties:
Position will report directly to Senior HRIS Analyst
Maintain and update HR information system on a daily basis to reflect:
Employee status changes
Pay rate changes
Promotions/transfers, etc
Administer operational expertise for collection and use of employee information
Develop customer reports
Create/Maintain organizational structures to ensure new roles are accurately and appropriately aligned
Drive the design and support of Cornerstone LMS applications, including employee performance reviews, etc
Develop and provide user-level training for customer groups and Cornerstone LMS application
Working hours: 8am-5pm
Qualifications:
BS Degree
ADP Enterprise Version 5 background
3-5 years of HRIS Systems Analyst experience
5 plus years of HR experience
Software Requirement
Advanced Knowledge of HR data management and database reporting
ADP Enterprise Version 5 background
Advanced Excel
HRIS Systems Analyst (Software)
Working knowledge of Cornerstone LMS and Virtual Edge Systems
