HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR equivalent, ABILITY TO READ BLUE PRINTS, A DESIRE TO LEARN, GOOD MANUAL DEXTERITY, WORK IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT, PREVIOUS MANUFACTURING A PLUS BUT NOT NECESSARY, MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 POUNDS, FIBER OPTIC EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS, MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND READ ENGLISH, able to stand or sit for extended time.
