Indexing is responsible for reviewing scanned and faxed documents from clients, and identifying the appropriate business unit and type of client request, in order to route work to the correct processing area, through the image and workflow system, and ensure that all work is completed within the specified Service Level agreements.
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Responsibilities:
o Accurately analyze and allocate scanned and faxed documents based on specific guidelines and methodology set by the business units.
o Meet daily Service Level Agreements (SLA)
o Maintain a current knowledge of all business policies and procedures. Demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate our policy and procedures.
o Work in a team based environment with shared goals. Support team targets and department metrics.
o Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and supports an environment that values uncompromising excellence.
o Recommend process improvements
o Other duties or functions as assigned
Qualifications:
o BA/BS Degree or some Post-Secondary preferredo
o Proficient computer knowledge and keyboard skills
o Familiarity with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
o Lotus notes and Sametime
o Strong attention to detail
o Must be capable of contributing and succeeding in a team based environment
o Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change
o Supports the department's Service Level metrics by managing time effectively
o Willingness to support the business by being flexible with scheduling when necessary
o Good problem solving skill
