As an Associate Business Systems Analyst you will work on cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions to meet changing business needs. You will work with an experienced project manager to learn and apply industry-standard project management methodologies. As you progress in the role, you will take on increasingly complex projects, gathering business requirements, making recommendations, and partnering with IT to deliver the appropriate solution.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business problems and processes to determine business needs
Make recommendations and translate those recommendations to system requirements
Execute test scenarios to ensure system quality and functionality
Monitor system performance and evaluate customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA; additional requirements may apply.
0-2 years of professional work experience
Business, Finance, Management, CIS, MIS, etc related major
Ability to learn to understand our business from several lenses (Claims, Sales, Service, Finance)
Aptitude for technology and ability to communicate effectively between the business and IT
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal, and analytical skills
Demonstrated self-direction, and organizational skills
Demonstrated strong leadership skills
Attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
