Liberty Mutual Personal Insurance Distribution Systems is actively searching for Information Systems / Insurance professionals. As a member of the Distribution Systems team you'll be engaged in meaningful work for an organization that is committed to helping people live safer, more secure lives every day.
Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision, responsible for 2nd level help desk support for Personal Insurance Sales and Service applications.
Will primarily assist users with system access, usage and business process issues to ultimately enable users to sell & service Liberty Mutual products.
Helpdesk responsibilities include taking live transfers from L1 (as well as tickets from a queue), troubleshooting, performing analysis & root cause investigation as well as documenting issues.
Uses several systems including desktops, mainframes, Citrix, SharePoint, Remedy and remote assistance.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of business operations.
Ability to perform analysis and problem solving to create operating effectiveness through manual and automated systems.
Bachelor's Degree in a non-technical area plus 1-3 years of related work experience.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of personal insurance concepts, Liberty Mutual sales / service systems and business process.
This position requires support coverage from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM on a rotational basis every 7 weeks.
