Job Description
LTC Partners is currently seeking a Manager, Claims Administration to be responsible for managing the claims team and providing day to day management of the claims functions which include invoice processing and adjudication and provider eligibility determinations. In addition, incumbent is responsible for coaching, training, and developing the claims processors and specialists. The manager will also ensure that service and quality standards for the team are developed and monitored and reported on.
Job Requirements
Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree required.
3
years prior supervisory or management experience required.
3
years of insurance operational experience required.
Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team to complete tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a strong technical aptitude to communicate effectively with client technical resources, yet the ability to work with non-technical client business owners to understand and document their requirements.
Requires excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Working knowledge of MS Project, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Proven leadership and effective people management ability.
Ability to extract and analyze data to devise management information reports.
Willingness to assume responsibility and demonstrate initiative.
Ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions.
Ability to analyze processes and modify to gain efficiencies.
Ability to create and implement policies and standards aligned with the goals of the departments.
Excellent attention to detail and follow through.
Effective time manager.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
