Liberty Mutual IT Strategic Services is actively searching for a Senior Data Analyst . The Liberty Management System (LMS) creates a common way of working across the global enterprise. LMS professionals are critical resources in our efforts to move quickly toward this important goal. We provide expert support to all operations engaged in adopting LMS practices, and support their efforts to build the capability at all levels to sustain these important changes over time. In this position, you will provide operational and consultative support in the utilization of LMS models, tools and methodologies, in support of the organization's adoption of LMS principles. You will also support/lead execution of LMS activities to include the following: conducting diagnostic and design work, developing and implementing solutions, conducting sustainability work, and providing coaching and development on LMS practices.

Responsibilities:
Communicates data related objectives, including scope and direction, to LMS deployment team; may assign and monitor tasks.
Analyzes complex technical and/or Level 2 data problems; designs and implements effective solutions.
Participates in the evaluation of complex business requirements; participates in modeling data and/or system requirements.
Creates standard work for both sustainability and deployment data needs.
May lead projects or subprojects supporting transformation phases
Mentors and trains less experienced analysts in project related deliverables and processes
Depicts complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences
Applies LMS methods and tools to data needs that will promote continuous improvement, increase operating model consistency, and to engage & empower employees to enhance the value of service provided to customers.
Leads problem-solving activities to define problems, assess current state root causes, design and test solutions, and implement solutions leading to desired outcomes.
Leads the development of measurement systems and comprehensive reporting to support effective application of continuous improvement processes.
Provides coaching and mentoring on the application of LMS methodology and tools in one-on-one and group settings to reinforce knowledge and skills attained during LMS training. May deliver formal training.
Provides status reports regarding the execution of LMS activities. Identifies issues and provides recommendations to address roadblocks and areas of opportunity.
Provides strong support in cultivating an environment that encourages problem solving, critical thinking, metric based decision making and innovation.
Builds relationships across LM; documents and shares best practices and lessons learned.
Performs related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
Generally 5 years of professional experience.
General knowledge of architectures and technical standards.
Requires extensive knowledge in the following areas: IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies, design and development tools, extensive knowledge of a business function (s) and business operations.
Requires strong facilitation, consensus building skills, presentation and communication skills.
