Our client is a large scale manufacturer and distributor seeking a Manager of FP&A.
They have been experiencing strong growth over the last five years and are looking for a leader to help them get to the next phase.
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain effective planning and analysis
Provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish and measure company performance.
Identify current and future trends, resulting implications, risk analysis, and recommended action items.
Execute monthly analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance.
Lead the annual budget process.
Prepare presentations in support of senior leadership.
Implement corporate financial strategy.
Identify risks and communicate as appropriate.
Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to ensure the financial benefits determined are delivered.
Manage, mentor and develop a small team.
Requirements:
More than five years experience in an FP&A role in a manufacturing company.
Prior management exposure.
At least a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance and further education preferred.
Superior systems skills - Excel should include pivot tables, if statements and v lookups.
Prior financial modeling experience is strongly desired.
