Actively researches claims data and communicates, coordinates and monitors information with insureds and carrier adjusters for a timely resolution. Assemble and organize claims data to produce reports per customer's request.
Basic
Qualifications: Positions in Insurance Brokerage requires 3
years Insurance experience. Positions in Dealer Services require 3
years automotive and/or insurance industry experience.
Minimum
Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to understand insurance coverage; multi-task; strong organizational skills; excellent verbal and written communications skills; strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft applications.
Well organized.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to interact with staff and customers.
Some claims or insurance experience a plus.
