Job Description
We are currently seeking a Business Process Associate provides production support, user and process maintenance for the Automated Work Distributor (AWD) system. The Associate also provides 1st level triage of change request and identified issues/defects, and conducts configuration changes to existing workflow processes.
Job Requirements
Requirements include:
HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree and/or advanced training in business process modeling preferred.
1
year(s) experience in insurance or benefit administration operations or equivalent.
Experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or AWD (Automated Work Distributor) preferred.
Must be proficient in Excel and Word. InfoPath, SharePoint, Visio preferred.
Ability to question and probe business process issues in a tactful manner.
Experience with user acceptance testing and/or training facilitation.
Independent, with the ability to self-motivate and demonstrate initiative -- as well as the ability to work effectively in a group setting.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to identify business/project risks, escalate appropriately and participate in developing risk mitigation strategies.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
