Job Description
We are currently seeking a Correspondence Analyst to be responsible for the storage and maintenance of automated and manual correspondence for both the FLTCIP and BENEFEDS. The analyst is also responsible for monitoring the integrity of fulfillment feeds, development of control reports for 'at risk' correspondence items, audit review of correspondence and works with the business to report defects and change requests related to correspondence functionality.
Job Requirements
Requirements include:
HS Diploma or equivalent required, some college course work preferred.
Must have 2
years of insurance or operations experience.
2
years of responsibility for client deliverables (internal or external).
2
years having performed quality review within operations, or equivalent.
1
year of experience writing business documentation (requirements or processes) preferred.
Must be able to communicate effectively with technical resources, and yet able to work with non-technical business owners to understand and communicate requirements, issues, risks, workarounds, etc.
Experience creating and/or executing moderate to complex queries to extract data for reporting and analysis preferred. This includes developing/running controls to ensure accuracy of data, file extracts, and reports if required.
Possesses knowledge of relational databases.
Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks and solve problems.
Must possess a high degree of tact, diplomacy and professionalism when interacting with co-workers and vendors.
Must be proficient in Excel and Word. This includes experience with developing within Excel macros, formulas, and scripting.
Visio, SharePoint and PowerPoint preferred.
Small project management experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
