OVERALL RESPONSIBILTIES

Phoenix Telecom is looking for an energetic Sales Support Admin able to perform a variety of administrative duties in a fast-paced work environment. This role assists in the development of a positive customer experience by managing customer requirements and facilitating accomplishment of the same by interacting with our sales and admin teams.

The Sales Support Admin in will act as a liaison between Operations, Engineering, Quality, Procurement & Finance internally as well as our chosen related Product and Services vendors. The Sales Support Admin position also manages the data input and coordination necessary to make sure all orders are correctly completed and delivered on time to our global customer base.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries;
Perform data entry when orders are requested, quoted, changed, completed or cancelled;
Process sales data and progress reports;
Follow up on sales leads;
Direct sales leads to appropriate member of sales team;
Answer telephone calls and assist customers;
Answer questions about product or warranties;
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.
Promote and sell products and services.
Explain promotional offers.
Maintain client database.
Make PowerPoint presentations for sales staff.
Arrange meetings and conference rooms.
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Handle billing issues.
Organize events, conferences, and other meetings.
Ensure all client information is correct.
Attend trade shows with sales executives as needed (1-4x per year)
Track sales expenses.
Analyze sales reports.
Conduct customer-focused seminars.
Complete quarterly sales meeting data, templates, and presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with open communication and strict adherence to deadlines
Stellar organizational and follow-up skills
Outstanding written communication skills; keen eye for details
Must have strong analytical skills as the job requires daily proofreading and editing and creative problem solving skills
Excellent data entry and telephone skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Minimal supervision. Team Player
Having an attitude that no job is too small
Associates Degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
This job requires the successful ability to lift between 5-25lbs of equipment
