Responsibilities:
Demonstrate exceptional selling skills through all phases of the sales transaction from prospecting, understanding the customer needs, timely responding to customer needs, and executing sales transactions.
Develop sales plan in conjunction with Sales Manager, which details activities that will focus the Sales Representative on meeting or exceeding their sales quota.
Demonstrate the ability to carry on effective business conversation with decision makers.
Serve as a consultant and key resource to AAI customers and make recommendations to prospects and customers.
Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, email, and networking.
Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.
Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
