They need a strong leader who will groom the team for success.
A successful candidate will have a strong communication skills and personality to implements controls and maintain corporate standards
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain effective planning and analysis to provide leadership with the tools to measure company performance
Effectively manage a team of five analysts
Identify current trends and their implications
Identify risk and mitigating factors and recommend actions
Create budget and forecast and analyze variance
Prepare presentations for leadership in strategic planning meetings
Engage in ad-hoc analysis and reporting
Requirements:
More than five years experience in a finance management role
A Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance, Masters preferred
Very strong systems skills
Prior exposure to financial modeling, pricing and costing and board presentations
